These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of MyChamps (the "Service") operated by Playtime Inc ("Playtime", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

MyChamps provides tools for online racing leagues to manage championships, results, standings, media, Discord integrations, and related subscription features. Features available to you depend on your plan and configuration.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may invite others to a league (team) according to roles and permissions you configure. League owners are responsible for their members' use of the Service within that league.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and other users.
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Mollie) on the intervals and prices shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Taxes may apply where required.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel from your league subscription settings. Fees already charged for a billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by us.
Plan limits (for example championship counts or features) apply as described in the product. Soft or hard enforcement may change as the product evolves; material changes to paid features will be communicated reasonably in advance where practicable.
You retain ownership of content you submit (including league data, results, images, and Discord-related configuration). You grant Playtime Inc a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and to connect third-party services (such as Discord webhooks) that you configure.
The Service may integrate with third parties such as Discord, Mollie, email delivery, hosting, and error monitoring. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.
The Service, including software, branding, and documentation (excluding your content), is owned by Playtime Inc or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights except as needed to use the Service as intended.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playtime Inc and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (US$50) / equivalent if you have not paid us.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account where the product provides that option. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Courts located in Germany will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or the Service.
